For families that speak languages other than English at home, please use this form to sign up for an appointment for your child to have a short English screener or a short interview with speaking and listening questions in English at the District Office in May. This interview will determine if your child is eligible to receive English Language services (ESL/EL) when they begin kindergarten in the fall. Contact Patti Lagos with questions.

Extended School Year (ESY) services will be provided in line with student's Individualized Education Program (IEP). These services are embedded within Summer Encore programming.
Recovery Services will be provided for those students whose programming and progress were adversely impacted by the pandemic.
Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) home/community visits and evaluations in the Family Center.
Increase mental health support will be provided by school staff (School Social Worker and/or School Psychologist) and the CHPS school linked mental health partner, Lee Carlson Center.
