Starting this school year, all students enrolled in any of our district schools will receive 1 free breakfast and 1 free lunch per day. We also provide after-school snacks for all students enrolled in activities after the school day. It is very important that all families who are not Directly Certified through the Minnesota Department of Health fill out an Educational Benefits Application each year. The link to complete the application on line is:

It is very important to note that students cannot just select a milk and no second meals will be allowed. Students do have both hot and cold options to select, and a wide variety of fresh fruits and vegetables. The Minnesota Department of Education Food & Nutrition put together a Q & A with the most common questions about the Universal Meals Bill, so please look though it if you have a question.

It is exciting to be able to serve meals to all students at no cost to the household, and we look forward to having all or most students eat with us every day!
