Effective communication is key to supporting our students’ success as well as our success as a school district. We need to hear from our constituents on what is working and what is not.
To do this, Columbia Heights Public Schools (CHPS) has partnered with SCoPE School Surveys to gain input on the District’s communications. School Communications Performance Evaluation (SCoPE) Surveys seek feedback from District staff, parents of students and community members on how they receive information and whether they consider the communication to be effective.
Use the buttons below to navigate to the survey you wish to participate in. Some of you will inevitably fall into multiple categories (i.e. parents/guardians are also community members in many cases). If this applies to you, you are invited to participate in both surveys.
Please note: if you are a parent/guardian, you will need to complete one survey for each child that attends school in CHPS as the survey includes questions regarding communication at the classroom/teacher level.
